The Howling Griffons are a chapter of fiercely loyal Space Marines from the deep history of Warhammer 40,000 and are notable by their distinctive quartered red and yellow colour scheme. They are veterans of the Badab war against the traitor Huron Blackheart and his Astral Claws which were later to become the dreaded Red Corsairs...

Howling Griffons have been briefly mentioned in a variety of Games Workshop publications including the novel Warriors of Ultramar by Graham McNeill.  With the release of the Eye Of Terror Codex, the Howling Griffons chapter was listed as sending eight companies into battle to defend against the traitorous forces that have invaded...

The section labelled `Howling Griffons` features my Howling Griffons army, the background to the Howling Griffons gleaned from various sources, my Codex: Howling Griffons and some sections devoted to the Howling Griffons being fielded in battle!

The `Other Models` section contains pictures of my Blood Angels tournament force, my Deathwatch Kill Team, my Alpha Legion 40K in 40 Minutes force, my Blood Bowl Amazon and Necromantic teams and my first Chaos and Dwarf Warrior units for Warhammer. I've even added a page for a few models that don't fit in with anything else! More pictures will be added in future as I've been painting like crazy...

You'll notice that there are other menu choices - I've devoted some webspace for armies of GW official chapters that have been painted by other hobbyists. I'm keen to promote the less-well known GW chapters, so don't be shy in contacting me if you've got some Sons of Medusa or Scythes of the Emperor to display!

 I've got more planned for this site for the future and you could be part of it!  If you've ever collected a Howling Griffons army, or even just painted a single model, I'd be happy to hear from you and maybe even put some pictures of them on this site - we Griffons need to stick together!
